This is the Privacy- and Cookie policy ('policy') that is used by Ball on Board, registered in the Dutch chamber of commerce under the registration number 86773607. Ball on Board can be reached using info@ball-onboard.com. This policy consists of two parts; (A) the processing of personal data and (B) the use of Cookies. The first part of this policy (A) services as a means to communicate for which purposes data that from which natural persons could be identified are processed by Ball on Board on the website; ball-onboard.com ('website'). Ball on Board is the 'data processor' as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') for this policy unless stated otherwise. The second part of this policy (B) serves as a means to inform about the usage of cookies and similar technologies used on the event site.
A - The processing of personal data
Ball on Board processes personal data when you fill out a form on the website. The collected personal data (could) include:

The interests of Ball on Board are deemed invalid upon the discovery that the fundamental rights and freedom of an individual bears more weight, i.e. an account is held by a user that is considered a minor by law in their country of recidence. Ball on Board will always ask for your consent to process this data.The collected personal data will be used for the following purposes:
- Scouting musical and creative talent that could benefit from Ball on Board's services
- Enrolment in a Ball on Board event or event affiliated with Ball on Board
- Promotion of the specific individual on the Ball on Board website
