About the event
Ball on Board organizes an exclusive girls-only group trip to SPIRE Academy (Ohio, USA) from July 5–20, 2026. We travel as one team under the supervision of Ball on Board and train in an elite high-performance environment, specifically designed for female basketball players with international ambition.
During the program, players take part in intensive training sessions on the SPIRE Academy campus and compete in AAU competition, where they face American opposition and showcase themselves in a true U.S. basketball setting.
What can you expect?
Elite Training at SPIRE Academy
Daily training sessions led by SPIRE Basketball coaches, fully focused on the development of female basketball players at an international level.
Mental Performance & Leadership
In addition to physical development, there is a strong focus on mental skills such as focus, confidence, and performing under pressure — essential for the next step.
Recovery & High-Performance Support
Players have access to SPIRE Recharge, the academy’s high-performance recovery center, to optimize recovery and build long-term durability.
AAU Competition & U.S. Game Experience
Players compete in AAU competition, facing American opposition as a team in a true U.S. basketball environment.
Off-Campus Experiences
Beyond basketball, the program includes regular off-campus activities focused on relaxation, team bonding, and experiencing American culture.
